The Upstate Roots Collection was curated with our customer in mind. Your privacy and the security of your transaction is a top priority.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASES

ON IN STOCK ITEMS:

  • Upon order placement, you will receive a confirmation email and subsequent instructions for pick-up options.
  • Pick-up times vary weekly and will be communicated in follow-up emails. Contact us for additional pick-up options or delivery preferences.  Delivery will incur an additional fee.
  • Pick-up location: Upstate Roots Design Headquarters in N. Greece, with provided directions and parking details.
  • All purchased items must be picked up within 10 business days of receiving the "ready for pick up" email notification.
  • Items can be exchanged for store credit within 15 days of purchase if returned in their original condition. Damaged, visibly used, or altered items are not eligible for return.
  • Final sale items include pillows, lighting, and coffee books.

 

COLLECTION BOARD PRESALE ITEMS:

  • Upon order confirmation, you will receive details on order processing. Order cancellations are not accepted after the 15th of the month.
  • Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery to our warehouse. Our team carefully reviews incoming orders, and damaged items will be replaced or credited for future orders.  Returns are not available on pre-sale items.  Please ensure you look at all product dimensions and details in full before placing your order.  
  • Delays in delivery that are out of our control may occur, and in the event of a sold-out item during the presale process, alternatives will be proposed for approval. If not satisfied with what is being proposed, a full refund will be issued.
  • All purchased items must be picked up within 10 business days of receiving the "ready for pick up" email notification. Delivery within a 30-mile radius is available upon request, with an additional fee.

 

Please note that unresponded emails regarding any Upstate Roots Collection orders that are ready for pick up, will not be followed up by Upstate Roots.  In addition, items unclaimed after 14 business days will be returned to the collection for sale. For any questions or concerns please, contact us collection@upstaterootsdesign.com

 

PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS:

When placing an order on-line, you will receive an order confirmation and further instructions for pick up.  You will have 7 days to pick up your purchased items, effective the day of your order.  Upstate Roots Collection will provide you with designated days and hours each week for pickup.  These days and hours are subject to change. Days/hours will not be the same week to week and must be reflective in the email to follow the purchase.

Pick up will be at Upstate Roots Design Headquarters which is located off of North Greece Rd. Directions & Parking  will be provided in your confirmation email. Upon Pick up, please be prepared to show your paid invoice.  Your URD team will have everything packaged and ready for you!  We can directly deliver to your car or you will be welcome to come in and browse our Collection when picking up your item/s.
